As from Friday 27th March 2020, until further notice, UK Timber Limited will be taking online orders via our websites only to ensure the safety of both our employees and customers.
Our production and deliveries remain unaffected. However, we are unable to offer collections and the usual delivery time guidelines will inevitably be extended during this exceptional period, so we ask that you please bear with us.

Can I still order over the phone?
Until further notice, UK Timber Limited will be taking online orders via our websites only.
Can I still order online? Yes, you can still order online as usual.
When will my order arrive?
We are aiming to keep to all of our delivery times; however, please bear in mind that your order may take a little longer to arrive than usual. Our current delivery timescales are as follows:

Can I still receive deliveries if I’m self-isolating?
Yes, you can still receive your delivery. Our deliveries are dropped to your kerbside; therefore, no contact with our driver is required.
