Pallet Delivery

Currently our standard service has been extended to 72 hours from the usual 24 hours. We will still endeavour to dispatch and deliver your order(s) as possible; please expect some delays.

As default we are offering a next day delivery service for all products available on the website, with the ability to choose a day for delivery. We also offer a Saturday delivery option for an additional charge.

Please note that due to the distance, we cannot guarantee a next day delivery service into the Highlands, we can only cover an economy service to this area and delivery can be expected within 7 working days however we will do our best to get it delivered as soon as possible.

Delivery to most on England and Wales is free of charge (for pallets or sleepers amounting to 500+kg), however there is an additional standard charge to West Cornwall (TR Area) and mainland Scotland. There is also an increased charge for delivery to the Highlands.

Charges:

  • England and Wales excl. West Cornwall - FREE
  • Scotland and West Cornwall - £76.99 per pallet
  • Highlands - £116.99 per pallet
  • *Saturday Delivery - Additional £72 per consignment

Parcel Courier

For our smaller items we will dispatch using parcel courier and still offer you a free next day service.

Collection

If you would prefer to collect your order instead of having it delivered we can offer this option by contacting us using the details provided.

If you choose to collect your order, it must be collected within a period of 4 week from completion of the checkout process, otherwise the goods will be restocked and no refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

Returns and Replacements

On Delivery

In case of damage occurred offloading, all goods must be inspected and the driver should be notified immediately of any problems, and the delivery note signed accordingly.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to replace or repair any items you have purchased that have been signed for in good condition that are later found to be damaged. This does not affect you statutory rights as a consumer.

Missing, damaged or faulty

In the case of missing items, damages or mistakes on the order, you must report it within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. For any replacements or refunds to be approved by management photographic evidence must be provided.

If we feel the situation cannot be improved by authorising another delivery for replacing goods delivered in a damaged state, we reserve all right to refund you in full and cancel the outstanding order.

Any approved refunds will be issued within 7 days of the goods being returned. It takes usually takes 3 to 5 working days before a refund is visible on customers account.
